How long have you been practising yoga? My yoga journey started at the beginning of August in 2017 when I joined a yoga retreat for beginner. It’s been a wonderful week of getting to know my body a little better and eating healthy vegetarian food. I didn’t know that I could feel so many different parts of my body precisely.
After the retreat something clicked inside of me and I decided to set a foundation of a healthier and more yogic path.

Hey guys, my name is Claire and I’m from Lyon, France. Today I want to share with you my experience of studying yoga in India. I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in January 2019 at Yoga India Foundation in Rishikesh.
