After completing the program, students can register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200 (Certified and registered yoga teacher with 200 hours of professional training). The certification is valid globally and graduates can obtain work in the field of yoga in any country afterwards.

      • We teach you all traditional hatha yoga asanas (beginner to intermediate) in their therapeutic and original form including Sanskrit names and correct translations. We also introduce you to all the advanced postures.
      • You can expect to learn how to perform each posture and how to teach it in modified and original forms suitable for all practitioner levels.
      • We will teach you about the important benefits of each pose as well as contra-indications and things to keep in mind to ensure safety for everyone.  Here, we will practise in an interactive way and combine practice with knowledge inputs.
      • The primary yoga style is traditional hatha yoga. We also teach Ashtanga Vinyasa as a secondary style.

      Each and every individual goes through various kinds of emotions in his/her life. What are emotions? They are basically our way of expression: it may be positive or negative. Sometimes, instead of expressing our emotions, we suppress them. They begin to accumulate in our body at various parts such as calf muscles, thighs, hamstrings and back.       Ideally, you should have had a few yoga classes before starting the yoga teacher training. You don’t require a regular asana practice beforehand, but it is recommended to have a sincere interest to learn as well as commitment to complete the training. Western Yoga is very different from traditional yoga, so we invite you to learn all about it from A-Z. Our classes slowly build up so you will learn all about asana, pranayama, meditation etc. from a beginner to more intermediate level.

      At Yoga India Foundation we teach traditional Yoga, also known as Hatha Asana and Ashtanga Yoga (Eight Parts) Philosophy. Our approach is to look at the individual and teach you how to create perfect health in your body and others. First, you have to understand the common ailments and problems nowadays. Once you understand this and know about the Benefits + Cautions of Asana & Pranayama Techniques, you can determine which techniques to apply to create well-being as well as physical and mental health.
