With the foundational and basic understanding of hatha yoga, aspiring teachers can, later on, teach any yoga style they prefer.
In Yoga we divide the body into 5 layers or sheats:
- Physical body – Outer layer
- Mental body – Thoughts and emotions
- Pranic body – Energetic body
- Understanding body – Concepts, ideas and understanding
- Bliss body – Feeling of joy, happiness, bliss, satisfaction
During your Yoga Teacher Training in India, you will learn in-depth about the five body sheats and cover all main subjects: Hatha asana, ashtanga yoga, pranayama, shatkarma, meditation, yogic Indian philosophy, anatomy, alignment, Ayurveda, transformational breathing, and emotional blockage® release.
