Yoga has some truly magical properties when we are looking to transform, soul search and grow into a happy individual. How has yoga been helping you to just live with more peace in your everyday life? How long have you been practising yoga? My yoga journey started at the beginning of August in 2017 when I joined a yoga retreat for beginner. It’s been a wonderful week of getting to know my body a little better and eating healthy vegetarian food. I didn’t know that I could feel so many different parts of my body precisely. After the retreat something clicked inside of me and I decided to set a foundation of a healthier and more yogic path.

Have you heard of Karma Yoga? In Sanskrit karma means action. More accurately, it refers to‚ selfless actions‘. Karma Yoga is the path of selflessness where one serves to all without thinking of gaining personal benefits. You must have experienced a situation where you do something nice for someone. Even though you didn’t get anything materialistic back that moment, you might have felt a great sense of joy, love or oneness.

Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga India Foundation

Dear November Yoga Students,

How are you doing today?

You have already been with us for two weeks and you have two more weeks to go.

Doing a 200 or 300 Hour Yoga Teacher is a big challenge on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual Level.

From our side, we are enjoying this month with you a lot!

Yesterday, we went to explore the mountains & waterfalls around and today we are back in class since early morning.
