The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga India Foundation is for participants who aim to intensify their practise and develop an unique teaching style.

Yoga practitioners who want to begin their career as international yoga teachers and gain a complex and comprehensive understanding of yoga, yogic philosophy and its integration into Western societies are welcome to take part in this Yoga Alliance registstered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Our 200 Hour Yoga Yoga Teacher Training in India covers all major topics such as: hatha asana, ashtanga yoga, shatkarma, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, adjutsment, teaching methodology and yoga philosophy. Additionally, you will also learn about: Emotional Blockage Treatment, ayurveda, mantras, mudras, bandhas and extended philosophy.

Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for beginners to intermedites who practise yoga for at least 6 months prior course start.

Classes are held Mondays to Saturdays from 6AM to 7PM. On Sundays, you can use your free day to relax and rejuvenate. We also offer some weekend activities so you have the opportunity to get to know the Indian culture and landscpaes during you stay:  visit the waterfalls, trekking in the himalayas, rafting, beach yoga, visit the vashisht cave, local market shopping, visit abandoned ashrams and temples or participate social work with slum children.

  1. Emotional Blockage Treatment

Each and every individual goes through various kinds of emotions in their life. What are emotions? It is basically our way of expression: it may be positive or negative. We experience anger, anxiety, stress, sadness ect. Sometimes, instead of expressing our emotions, we suppress them. They begin to accumulate in our body at various parts such as calf muscles, thighs, hamstrings and back. These accumulated emotions results in energy blockages and various kinds of physical as well as mental diseases.

Through Emotional Blockage Treatment we can remove such accumulated energy blocks and feel more light, free and relaxed. Negativity is removed quickly and the body becomes more flexible.

The Emotional Blockage Treatment was invented by Swami Bipin Gyan.

It is an optional part of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and requires discipline and surrender

Meals & Nutrition

During your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will be served three delicious vegetarian meals per day.

Our food is always freshly prepared and cooked.

For breakfast we serve: porridge, dalia, oats with soymilk, fresh fruits, Indian Breakfast and tea.

At lunch and dinner you will enjoy great varieties of: different vegetables, rice, chapati, dhal pulses, chutneys, curries, soups and salads.

Occasionally we serve sweets and Western dishes as well.
