about yoga india foundation

The Yoga India Foundation is a Yoga alliance approved yoga and meditation center in Rishikesh, India. It is founded by Swami Bipin Gyan in 2012 to share their knowledge between their students. Swami Bipin Gyan learns lot of spirituals things while he lives in the Himalaya. He spends a decade in Himalaya in practicing deep sustained meditation seeing many visions living in solitary caves taking vows of silence for months at a time – all that holy man stuff. After spending a long time in Himalaya and practice pristine yoga and meditation technique he come back to Rishikesh to teach what he’d learned and share his insights with others. He couldn’t do it people came to him with their problems and they seem too insignificant. He tried to teach but people couldn’t able to understand him properly. So, back he went to the mountains to find out the way to teach other people. He then spent some time in the Himalayas. Eventually, he came back for another go. He cared about people and believed they could be transformed. He reduced the amount of revelation he tried to share by half. Still too much. But he began to see that people need to be met at their point along their journey, not required to come meet him and his. Swami Bipin Gyan founded Gyan Yog Breath in 2008 and Yoga India Foundation in 2012 to overcome all these issues and provide real yoga & meditation, reiki and emotional unblocking treatment. He formed and worked with a team of people to develop new meditation techniques that are tuned to the world we live in now with so many distractions at work and home, so many interpersonal relationships to manage, so much mental effort being put into our jobs the traditional methods of silent sitting can seem hard to achieve and effective for only, short Periods back in real world. Come and see for yourself how his technique let you quickly and easily find stillness in your mind, and then see what that does to transform your life. Once you have completed the course you will get a certification from Yoga Alliance Foundation USA.

I didn’t know what I wanted when I arrived in India. Rishikesh was calling to me somehow, and I started to learn yoga at one of the Indian Yoga centers and fell in love with the life it began to me. When I met the swami at Yoga India Foundation, I joined the class to learn more, but the whole process, meditation practices, and unblocking treatment opened up a whole new world. It’s a small place, where everyone is family, but so powerful. I learned so much during the yoga course and now teach yoga professionally, but the real change inside me is what I love the most. Come and see for yourself

There are hundreds of yoga schools to choose from in Rishikesh, India and I don’t really know why I ended up at Yoga India Foundation! Lucky I guess! The swami is hilarious and immediately put me at ease, and rests of the teaching staff seriously know their shit. They made me work hard! One of the things that really stand out from the other Indian yoga schools is the small classes and individual attention I got. It was the confidence-building that I really needed & it just grew day by day.

I took a yoga school at home last summer, but I wanted the real thing. There are fancier schools in Rishikesh with bigger buildings budgets (free t-shirts!), but what attracted me to Yoga India Foundation was the focus on the spiritual life and the personal attention of the teacher. They honestly become like family to me. I feel like I was turned inside out, stretched every way imaginable(!) and sent back into the world more capable and centered with a true understanding of who I am, what I have to give, and why. Even now, Swami-ji always replies to my emails whenever I have any questions. Swami makes the Yoga India Foundation is the best place to learn Yoga in India. They actually care!
