    9. Emotional Blockage® Treatment

    Each and every individual goes through various kinds of emotions in their life. What are emotions? It is basically our way of expression: it may be positive or negative. We experience anger, anxiety, stress, sadness etc. Sometimes, instead of expressing our emotions, we suppress them. They begin to accumulate in our body at various parts such as calf muscles, thighs, hamstrings and back. These accumulated emotions result in energy blockages and various kinds of physical as well as mental diseases.

    Through Emotional Blockage® Treatment we can remove such accumulated energy blocks and feel more light, free and relaxed. Negativity is removed quickly and the body becomes more flexible.

    The 100 hour yoga teacher training is basically half of the 200 hour yoga teacher training. Instead of 21 days, you will be studying for 10 days only. The 100 Hour course is designed for people who don’t have the time to leave work for a longer time. If you can’t take 21 days off, you can split your course into two parts (2 X 100 Hours) and still get 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified. This is only possible at Yoga India Foundation.
